According to his official death certificate, the primary cause of death was an acute myocardial infarction (heart attack), which led to an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. Osbourne had publicly discussed his Parkinson’s diagnosis in 2020 and had experienced years of declining health, including multiple spinal surgeries following injuries from a fall.
